Orders will be shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 5 business days, once payment has been received. There may be exceptions to delivery due to location, product availability, weather conditions and emergencies. Carriers we use but not limited to are USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger/heavier items (separate tracking #s are required for these). Shipping confirmations are emailed to your eBay email address. Note: We do not ship to PO box addresses currently.

For incorrect shipping addresses, your order will be returned to sender and you will be responsible for return shipping amounts, and restocking fees. Items deemed Damaged or damaged in transit a photo of damaged item and shipping box are required. A claim is filed, and we pay for return shipping. Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund. Note: Photos do not always represent the actual product. For kits, photo might show entire kit and listing is only for one component. If in doubt, please reach out to our customer service team.
