    SEL Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-551 Overcurrent Relay Reclosing Relay.
    I bought (2) of these at a sale in which a company was closing their doors and was selling everything. This device as well as the other one that I have were marked on the chassis of the device in pencil (Spare). It is kind of hard to see this marking in the pictures but perhaps you'll be able to spot it.
    Beyond that there is a small scratch on the front control panel in the upper right hand corner. The scratch hardly made it to the layer of paint primer beneath the finish.
