You can also bring these to an optician and have them installed for you.
Step 1
:
Use a
blow dryer to heat the old temple tips for 20 seconds each side evenly. (If you don't have a blow dryer you can also put the tips under hot water.)
Step 2
:
When the temple tips become soft and pliable, use your hands to bend the temple tips straight.  Then use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the old temple tips out from the metal arms.
Step 3
: Prep the bare metal tips by cleaning with soap and water or a lens cleanser.
Step 4
: Take the new tips, and slowly twist and push it into the metal arms.
Step 5
: Heat the new tips
slightly and
bend it to create the perfect curve to fit around your ears.
