Former city power utility property, functional when removed from service during equipment upgrades. I originally acquired over 70 of these units about five years ago all of which sold long ago on eBay to buyer satisfaction, discovered these forgotten orphans this week while cleaning warehouse shelves, serial numbers are near sequential. I will NEVER auction something with known issues, without mentioning it in the listing, but I buy lots of equipment and sometimes acquire pieces that I either have no expertise to test, or don't have equipment on hand required to perform testing, so in those situations items are sold "as is". Auctions are always "what you see & read is what you get", so if something is not shown in photos or described in text, such as cables, power cords, software, etc., it's probably not included.
