Shipping and Returns
Our shipping and return policies are very important to us because they insure that we can provide the highest level of service and product quality to our customers. Pro-Lens only ships authentic, first quality, new, and unused merchandise. If you need help identifying your model for new lenses, unsure about sizing and fit of helmets or goggles, or any questions about the item listed, please contact us. We are more than willing to assist you in selecting the right product for your needs.
Once you first receive your order, please take care not to remove hang tags on helmets and goggles, or inner lens protective film on lenses, until you are confident what you ordered is the correct fit. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us. With replacement lenses, please handle with extreme care. If you made a mistake in identifying your model of goggle, this will help in the return process. If you need to exchange the item purchased for a different size, please contact us.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment for unused, unworn, and undamaged products shipped but please contact ASAP when you have an issue with what was received.   All returns must include all the original packaging, inner lens films, goggle or helmet bags, and all hang tags. It is best to return the item purchased in the same box it was shipped to you in. Please do not return lenses in a soft bubble pack or envelope as it will get damaged during the return. Please contact us with any questions regarding a return.
All items are shipped by First Class Postal Service, UPS Ground, or eBay’s Global Shipping program. Please provide your correct mailing address and physical address.
