Our shipping and return policies are very important to us because they insure that we can provide the highest level of service and product quality to our customers. Pro-Lens only ships first quality, new, and unused merchandise. If you need help identifying your model for new lenses, unsure about sizing and fit, or any questions about the item listed, please contact us. We are more than willing to assist you in selecting the right product for your needs.
All items shipped by Pro-Lens are checked for quality twice, once when received and once again when shipped. Items sealed in original packaging will not be opened for inspection but all goggles and sunglasses are inspected to insure first quality of all lenses and frames.
We ask that you carefully review our shipping policies before placing an order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for unused and undamaged products shipped. Please contact us with any questions regarding a return.

RETURNS
are only accepted for unused, non installed lenses, and must include all original packaging to qualify for a refund.
